We only collect information strictly necessary to provide our social planning services:
- Account Details: Name, email address, and profile photo when signing up via Firebase Authentication or Apple Sign-In.
- Club & Event Data: Club names, member lists, event dates, potluck dish items, and dietary preferences (e.g. Vegan, Gluten-Free).
- Calendar Tokens: Auth tokens necessary to sync events to your Google or Outlook calendar (never stored in plain text).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our web and mobile applications.
- Display group RSVPs, potluck dish signups, and dietary alert summaries to event hosts.
- Send event invite notifications and calendar updates.
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
4. Data Security & GDPR
All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and stored securely in Google Cloud Firebase databases under European GDPR compliance standards.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account, or visit our dedicated Account Deletion Instructions page.
